Depression & Anxiety

These distressing states often arise when we have to endure prolonged, intensely stressful situations. That said, it's also possible for a single catastrophic event to overwhelm us and bring us to our knees in way we could never have imagined possible.

Feeling as though you no longer have control over your own life or future is a situation that can be almost too much to bear. Would you ever have believed you could feel like this?

Whether it's all-consuming physical sensations, the constant cycle of negative thoughts, the broken sleep night after night or something else altogether that you find hardest to cope with, it is my aim, through Cognitive Hypnotherapy, to demonstrate that it is absolutely possible for you to fight back.

The road to recovery may be a bumpy one I won't deny that and I can't promise exactly how it will be for you but together we'll work to quickly make some highly significant changes in the way you feel, behave and think. These changes will give you reason, perhaps for the first time in quite a while, to believe you can feel different; your life can be different.

The changes we'll make will be unique to you, just as the reasons why you're suffering now are unique and personal to you... even though you may not be aware of just what those reasons are right now.

And we'll build on these changes until we reach a tipping point when they'll gain a momentum all of their own, returning control of your life to where it belongs, in your own hands.

Whether you contact me or not, please leave here with the message that you CAN fight back and you CAN win. Never give up looking for what will work for you.

When you're feeling stuck and can see no way out, no escape, when every day is just a case of existing, miserably, because there seems to be no alternative, Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you find the light at the end of the tunnel. If you could see that light again would that change the way you’re feeling?

Please be aware that if a doctor or other medical or caring professional is already involved in your care then I will only be able to work with you with their knowledge and consent. If they are not already involved but I feel they should be then I may not be able to work with you unless that situation changes.

I'm happy to help you come to terms with this before we address your main problem.
